CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY


As nsnsilver.com, we have established our cancellation and return policy in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Below, you will find detailed cancellation and return conditions tailored specifically for the jewelry sector. This policy covers order cancellation, product returns, and the right of withdrawal processes. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. Note: In compliance with legal requirements, our right of withdrawal for distance sales is set as 14 days. However, we limit the notification period for your return and exchange requests to 7 days. Details regarding personalized products are provided below. 1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Order Confirmation: From the moment you place your order until the payment is confirmed (usually within 1–2 hours), you can contact our customer service team ([email protected] or phone: [add your phone number]) to cancel your order. In this case, no fees will be charged and the full amount paid will be refunded.
  • After Order Preparation Begins: Once the products are prepared from stock (after the order confirmation email has been sent), cancellation requests are not accepted. At this stage, you may use your right of withdrawal for product returns (see below).
  • Before Shipment: If you notify us before the product is handed over to the courier company, the cancellation will be processed free of charge.
2. Right of Withdrawal and Product Return According to the Law on Consumer Protection, you have the right of withdrawal in distance sales (online orders). From the date of delivery, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any justification and without incurring any penalty. This period begins on the day following the delivery date. Notification Period: Within 7 days after receiving your order, please notify us of your return or exchange request and the issue with the product by calling our registered phone numbers or sending an email to [email protected] (including your order number). The product must then be returned to the specified return address within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for requests exceeding this period.
  • Return Conditions: The product must be returned with its original invoice (the reason for return/exchange must be filled in on the back of the invoice, otherwise the return will not be processed), in its undamaged packaging, unused, and without damage caused by misuse.
  • The product’s box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be included undamaged within the return package.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with labels, box, and any accessories (such as warranty card, manual), unused, untested, hygienically intact, and undamaged. Jewelry items must not show natural wear such as oxidation or scratches.
  • The product invoice and return form (attached file or downloadable from our website) must be included with the return.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for exercising the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective products). Under these conditions, all return shipping costs belong to the customer.
  • Exceptions for Jewelry Sector: For our custom-made products (e.g., name necklaces, engraved jewelry, or non-standard custom orders), returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective. Since these items enter production after order confirmation, they are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Hygiene products (such as piercings) or non-standard special orders are also non-returnable.
3. Defective or Faulty Products
  • If you detect a defect at delivery or during use, notify us within 30 (thirty) days of receipt. In this case, shipping costs are covered by us, and you may choose replacement, repair, or refund. This also applies to personalized items if defective.
  • If replacement is chosen, a new product will be sent depending on stock availability. If you prefer a refund, the full amount (including shipping) will be refunded.
4. Refund Policy
  • Once returns are approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method. For partial returns (e.g., one piece from a set), a proportional refund is calculated.
  • Tax refunds are processed based on invoice details.
  • If depreciation (e.g., wear on jewelry) is detected in returned items, a deduction may be applied to the refund amount.
5. General Provisions
  • This policy applies only to consumers within Turkey. Different rules may apply to international orders.
