DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been signed between the parties specified below under the terms and conditions set forth below.

By accepting this contract, the BUYER agrees in advance that if the order subject to the contract is approved, he/she will be obliged to pay the order price and, if applicable, the shipping fee, taxes and other additional costs, and that he/she has been informed accordingly.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth against them.
MINISTER: Refers to the Minister of Customs and Trade,
MINISTRY: Refers to the Ministry of Customs and Trade,
LAW: Refers to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502,
REGULATION: Refers to the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188),
SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods performed or promised in return for a fee or benefit,
SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf of or on account of the one offering goods,
BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses or benefits from a good or service for purposes not related to commercial or professional activities,
SITE: The website belonging to the SELLER,
ORDERER: A natural or legal person who requests a good or service via the SELLER’s website,
PARTIES: Refers to the SELLER and the BUYER,
CONTRACT: Refers to this contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOOD: Refers to movable goods subject to shopping and intangible goods such as software, audio, video prepared for use in electronic environment.
3. SUBJECT
This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the qualifications and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website.
The listed and announced prices on the website are sales prices. The announced prices and commitments are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7.2. The listed and announced prices on the website are sales prices. The announced prices and commitments are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of the specified period.
7.3. The sales price of the product or service subject to the contract, including all taxes, is shown below.
